DESCRIPTION:Dates/Schedule:\nFriday 9/12 – Cocktail Reception starting 6\nSaturday 9/13 – Annual Meeting 8am – 2pm\nSunday 9/14 – Final meeting & election 8am-1pm \nAs this year is the 30th anniversary of AVDA we are planning a BIG meeting with lots of fun and an excellent program! \nWe have also worked really hard this year to make our meeting include more\, at the same price. Included in the attendance fee is: \n\nBreakfast Saturday & Sunday\nLunch & Dinner on Saturday\nActivities included - on the menu right now is line dancing and maybe a rodeo!\nTransportation to all activities and the reception\n\nFor our reception\, we will be hosted by Kathi's at her home!! A very generous act by Kathi.
