2025 Annual Meeting

Dates/Schedule:
Friday 9/12 – Cocktail Reception starting 6
Saturday 9/13 – Annual Meeting 8am – 2pm
Sunday 9/14 – Final meeting & election 8am-1pm

As this year is the 30th anniversary of AVDA we are planning a BIG meeting with lots of fun and an excellent program!

We have also worked really hard this year to make our meeting include more, at the same price. Included in the attendance fee is:

• Breakfast Saturday & Sunday
• Lunch & Dinner on Saturday
• Activities included - on the menu right now is line dancing and maybe a rodeo!
• Transportation to all activities and the reception

For our reception, we will be hosted by Kathi's at her home!! A very generous act by Kathi. We plan to reminisce, raise a glass and have a ball celebrating AVDA's past and future.
